Boarding

Our boarding facilities offer indoor and outdoor runs for our active boarders as well as multiple large grassy yards for exercise and ball or frisby time! We also offer large cages for our cat guests or shy or senior patients. Our 4 legged guests are exercised three times daily in the yard and fed 1-3 times daily as requested by the owner. We feed Science Diet food unless provided with another brand. The kennels are available for viewing by appointment. All canine and feline guests in our boarding facilities are required to be current on their vaccinations and have proof of a monthly veterinary approved flea control product.

Boarding Check List

What you will need upon arrival of our Dogwood Acres Boarding facility.

  1. Current vaccination history on all pets boarding with us, to include
    1. Distemper Parvo Vaccine(yearly)
    2. Rabies Vaccine(yearly)
    3. Bordetella (kennel cough) Vaccine (every 6 months)
  2. Current Flea Prevention: This is to ensure that all our boarders have a flea-free boarding experience.
  3. Medication: Please be sure to let us know if your pet is on ANY medications and to make sure they are well labeled.
  4. Food
    1. Yes, we do provide Science Diet Dog and Cat food for your pets, however, if you have them on a special diet, prescription diet, or wish to furnish their food, please remember to label it so our staff will know how you want your pet fed.
  5. Emergency Contact Information
    1. Please be sure to completely fill out our boarding form, so that we have the correct information and the best contact phone numbers, in case of an emergency.
